Headset Control
for Amazon Connect

Your headset. Your call.

Run your Amazon Connect calls straight from your headset. Answer, end, mute, and hold with the buttons you already have — with caller ID, agent status, and one-tap wrap-up in a side panel, so your eyes stay on the customer and your hands stay on your work.

Everything your headset should do

Answer & end from the button

Tap your headset's call button to pick up, and tap again to hang up — the hook signal drives Amazon Connect directly.

Mute that stays in sync

Press mute on your inline controller and the side panel and Connect agree in real time — what your headset shows is what the call is doing.

Hold & resume

Place a caller on hold and bring them back in a tap, from your headset or the side panel.

Live call-state LED

Your headset's call light mirrors the real Connect call state, so a glance tells you when you're on a live call.

Caller ID & agent status

See who's on the line and your current status right in the side panel — and set your status there in a click.

One-tap wrap-up

Close out after-call work with a single press and move straight to your next contact.

Works with your headset

Universal HID support drives call control on virtually any USB headset, using each device's own button mapping.

Pair once, ready every day

It remembers your headset after the first pairing and reconnects on its own the next time you sit down.

Running in three steps

Install, pair, and you're live — about two minutes from the Chrome Web Store to your first hands-free call.

1

Install the extension

Add it from the Chrome Web Store — it's free and ready the moment it installs.

2

Pair your headset

Click "Select Headset" in the side panel and choose your USB device from Chrome's picker.

3

Open Amazon Connect

Navigate to your Agent Workspace. The extension connects automatically — buttons are live.

Everything stays on your machine

The extension reads your headset's button signals and drives the Amazon Connect page in your own browser tab — that's the whole job. Your call audio, call details, and personal information stay on your machine, with you.
